This was a trek to the city from the South Bay/Peninsula but it was worth seeing the expression on the children’s faces with the two and three tiered elaborate afternoon tea sets and dainty personal tea pots. The owners put in all their effort to make it a beautiful, French tea experience. I had this savory egg/salmon dish - which I never had and was a bit runny for me, but was good with the bread. It was fun to nibble and try items off the tea sets my friends ordered. It’s good to go with several friends so you can share and try different items. Their croissants are flaky and delicious. If you are adventurous and like to have all the fixings for a French tea experience, this is the place. I think it’s enough to share just one tea breakfast set and try the other items. The teas, especially peppermint tea, fragrances were so lovely. There were so many different teas to try. I just wished I had the appetite to try the chocolate eclair! Have to support these small local businesses that really do their very best. They also sell handmade chocolates.
Know the owners here from the wonderful (now closed) Baker Street Bistro and their newer venture does not disappoint! I loved the atmosphere including the traditional Christmas decorations and beautiful display of pastries. I have not spent …
Had a wonderful afternoon tea here with my mom. They had a great selection of teas (I had the La Paresian which had fragrant rose petals in it) and a delicious assortment of finger sandwiches and delectable pastries. Service was warm and the interior atmosphere is charming.
Met a friend for brunch. Got there a bit early and they were able to seat me. I arrived at 10:15 am on a Saturday and didn’t want to wait outside. It looks inconspicuous from the outside and both of us almost missed it. I ordered coffee and …
Enjoyed an early lunch here twice in recent weeks with a friend. Excellent food. Delicious pastries. Reservations recommended during busy times. Be patient—one can view dining here as an experience to savor or conclude the service is slow …
First time coming to this place and it surpassed my expectations. The inside is really nicely designed with a very sophisticated look. We came to celebrate a birthday party the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We ordered the tea time …
The most beautiful café and high tea environment in the city. Highly recommended. Ron Dailey by the owner and his mother. The environment is five star. The food is as good as it gets. The tea is expert level. The service is incredible. The …
I’m beyond please with the incredible service and quality of this high tea and brunch Café experience. The French twist on high tea and their incredible breakfast, lunch, baked goods are beyond description.
Came here for afternoon tea last minute as all the fancy hotels were booked. Ambiance is cozy, charming, and decked out for the holidays. Staff is friendly and warm. However the $90 tea service was definitely not worth it in my opinion. The …
Had an incredible experience with friends here. I ordered a salmon avocado salad, which had a great portion size and was excellent. The tea experience was fun. I think the full tea service is a bit pricey, but choosing ala carte is very reasonable. The service was exceptional. I'll definitely come back and bring friends.
